Whispering behind my back
Crooked looks, pretentious smiles
Welcome to my world full of lies
Do I have the right shape of my eyes?
Does pronunciation sounds alright?
So sick and tired of living life in disguise
Divide and conquer!
Is the tactics that you cultivate here for years
It's not my fault!
I didn't choose the place where I was born
It's not my fault!
Whooa aaa
It's not my fault!
I didn't choose the place where I belong
It's not my fault!
Whooa aaa
This is not my fault
Creeping steps behind the door
Curated sense of insecurity
That's how you create yourself an enemy
Walls between you and me
Divided us into parts
This blank page should be filled up from the start
It's not my fault!
I didn't choose the place where I was born
It's not my fault!
Whooa aaa
It's not my fault!
I didn't choose the place where I belong
It's not my fault!
Whooa aaa
It's not my fault
It's not my time
Losing my mind in this daily grind
It's not my time
Just losing my mind
Wasting my life in this daily grind
It's not my fault!
I didn't choose the place where I was born
It's not my fault!
Whooa aaa
It's not my fault!
I didn't choose the place where I belong
It's not my fault!
Whooa aaa
This is not my fault!

This album is AZip's best since Andiamo, maybe even A Passage In Time. And that's a high bar for a band that couldn't put out a bad studio album if they tried. There's hints of every previous album. Even fans who think the band went downhill after Passage should like this one. Mark Hammond
On their ferocious self-titled debut, the Australian punks pit d-beat percussion against gnarled, metallic melodies. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 3, 2024
